SAAS Software Trainer Lead

Position Summary

Ease has an immediate opening for a SaaS Software & Training Lead.   We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual that can develop and implement our customer training and successful strategy.  You will work with the sales and product teams to launch new customers and increase the satisfaction of our existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Ease product suite
  • Organize and develop training curriculum for new and existing customers
  • Deliver web-based software training to new and existing customers
  • Improve training content to maximize use of the software and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and schedule new customer implementations
  • Provide some end-user follow-up and application support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers during training and provide solutions
  • Facilitate problem-solving between end user and product development team
  • Participate with development team in testing new releases of the product
  • Develop working relationship with Sales & Marketing to utilize product knowledge and customer relationships in support of sales efforts

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering web-based training
  • Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
  • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms
  • Ability to effectively organize and maintain customer data and schedules
  • Experience using and strong troubleshooting skills using web presentation products such as Zoom, WebEx or Goto Meeting
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Chrome and other web-based applications
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
