We are seeking a front end focused senior developer to help us impress and delight our customers with clean, usable, and performant interfaces. Ideal candidates will have a mixture of outstanding development skills, lean/agile software development experience, and deep understanding of scalable web, mobile, and cloud applications.
Our EASE platform is built for the web and mobile and is cloud native using HTML5, Angular, Material Design, .Net Core, and MySQL.
Work Location: Hybrid - work from San Clemente, CA office & Home Office.
Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year

What You’ll Do:
- Work with Product Manager, UX, and team to break down business requirements and features into actionable work items.
- Design and implement new features and solutions with excellent code quality and testability.
- Meet sprint goals by proactively working with stakeholders and team to identify and resolve sprint blockers.
- Collaborate with QA to create test cases and define applicable test automation.
- Mentor team members on new technologies, architecture, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in technology, process, sprint flow, and offering solutions for them.
- 5+ years of professional web and mobile development experience.
- Expertise in modern front end frameworks (Angular preferred) and technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with reactive programming concepts such as RxJS, NgRx, and Redux.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and security (HTTP, RESTful APIs, JWT Tokens).
- Strong experience with Agile development processes and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- BS in Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent training.
- Expertise with Material Design and CSS layout frameworks such as Tailwind.
- Experience with functional programming libraries such as Remeda.
- Expertise in OWASP and top web vulnerabilities and how to prevent/remediate.
- Understanding of mobile hybrid technologies (Capacitor, Cordova, React Native, etc.) and mobile build/deployments.
